I just watched an episode of Dr.G where a family had their baby taken away from the Texas Department of Child Protection Services. The child did not die but Dr. G investigated the case and was able to prove the parents did not abuse this child. My son and his girlfriend are going through the same thing here in Missouri, their 14 month old son got up in the morning and was in his room by himself, he climbed into his rocking chair and onto a shelf and pulled the shelf down and hit his head on the cedar chest in his room fracturing his skull, the child is alive, but DFS has taken the child and says there is no way this could happen. I know in my heart neither of them hurt this child we have taken pictures of his room after the accident but DFS isnt looking at it they are saying they KNOW its child abuse and now the baby is with a foster family, and the grandparents only are allowed 1hr a week to see him Please if anyone can tell us who to contact or who can help us prove what asses DFS are (due to DFS making errors on other cases saying isnt wasnt abuse then the child was killed or seriously injured and they did nothing we believe they are trying to make a right out of a wrong) PLEASE SOMEONE HELP US LOOK INTO THE RECORDS AND SHOW THESE PEOPLE THIS BABY WAS NOT ABUSED. PS THE CHILD GOES TO THE DOCTOR REGULARLY AND IS UP TO DATE ON EVERYTHING AND HIS PEDIATRICIAN CAN CONTEST THAT HE HAS NEVER WITNESSED ANY ABUSE ON THE CHILD AT VISIT.
