I thought that this might be a good place to post... I am sure with all of the knowledgeable people on here that you probably know who Dr.Daniel Spitz is, well I wont say to much about him. OK well our story and I will be brief because we do have a website with all the info including my brothers autopsy report that I hope all who reads this Please check it out you will be shocked. My brother was killed on December 27, 2006 at the age of 25 and we have been fighting for his Justice ever since although with all the publicity on his case and all the pushing we have done it seems like my brother may get his justice soon (I hope but it is so hard to trust anymore). I have read the autopsy report over and over and searched all the words i couldn't understand and I still had issues ...Trying to understand the path of the bullet so any help on this or anything else on my Brothers case is greatly appreciated. This is the official website for Robbie www.robsimpsoncase.com Thank you so much
Man, are there so many inconsistancies with this case. I am no forinsic, or law enforcement person, but man oh man did I see tons of holes in the preachers story. He said he was confessing him, but told the police that he could not go into what the confession was about, and told anyway! He said that he had not seen the gun in his life, but later recanted, he said that he only drank one beer, but officer saw him slerring his words and obviously drunk. He said that Robbie stood up and shot himself and fell to the floor still holding the gun, because the operator told him to remove it, but one officer stated when he got there the gun was on the floor and that Robbie was sitting on the chair slumped over towards the left, and eased him to the ground, but could not turn him over due to the lack of room. Preacher could remember details of lots of things, but not which hand Robbie had the gun in because he had turned around for a min to get a coin collection, then how did he get up and go around the desk so fast as to catch Robbie before he hit the floor? Why were there beer cans in the kitchen, when the preacher said they just sat in the den drinking? Too many questions, and I sure would sue the preacher, and the city to make a point.
Thank you so much for taking the time to check out Robbies website. The state police are working on my brothers case now...hopefully the sheriffs dept. didn't screw it up so bad that this man ends up walking free.(like he has been the last year and a half)
