I caught a piece of one of the shows and really enjoyed it. As a new Diabetic - I am on a Low Carb diet and exercise.
In viewing the show - there were comments on carb content - which seemed low but then I do not have a basis as to judge. Is there a book that lays the basis for the show and the assumptions , conversions, and other basic facts you can get to bring yourself up to speed?
