Could anyone help me please. I have a recipe for a Ricotta Cheese Pancake that I used to make while on LA Weightloss. I wanted to see what the conversion would be for a Lo-Carb Diet and what substitutions I could make for some of the ingredients. Didn't know if there was a web-site out there that could help or if someone could help me with this. Here is the recipe:
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp Splenda
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese

Thanks everyone

instead of flour take 3 tbsp of stone ground oats put them in the blender a few seconds to make a flour. Then add all the other ingredients to the blender. Cook it as you would a normal pancake. Yummoooo!
