Good morning all, I have just watched another episode of Blaines Low Carb Kitchen--the first was about a month ago when I first began thinking about going low carb instead of just low cal--which is not really working for me...I just watched another episode of Blaine's LCK and he's down 8lbs...and the food prep is easy, and looks great! I did, however see a few recipes that contain ingredients that I might change to leaner, healthier options and am hopeful that this will help me acheive similiar results. I am going to begin my low carb diet with Blaines help...anyone who has had results with following this show, please post comments so I can learn from others what is working and what is not--I am not interested in negative comments, so please forgive me if I ignore them..nothing personal, but this is a diet I am personally choosing and do not wish to be discouraged (I have read some comments on the forums..don't waste your time with negativity, ladies and gentlemen...) Lets help one another get to our goals...good luck to others who are like me..beginning a change for the better!
