sugesting to eat a low carb diet is unhealthy and will only provide short term results. Try reading labels, get away from all the hidden sugars, eat whole grain breads and cerials and high fiber foods. I eat a ton of carbs every day and have lost over 50 lbs. Look at what our ansestors had to eat, they survived, why cant we?

The thing you have to remember is that not everyones body reacts the same way to certain foods. It's great that you are aware of what fuels your body and keeps it trim, but for others carbs are killing us. Don't be so judgemental, it would be a boring world if we were all the same. But just a comment, whose ancesters are you referring to, because Jesus survived on fish, vegetables, fruit and nuts...kinda follows a low carb lifestyle I think.

Well dried fruit and nuts both have carbs, and good ones at that. The same as the bread that they ate back in those days, full of whole grains, which are high in carbs but are low Glycemic which is good for you.
And what about beans? Those have a lot of carbs. Are those bad for you too then? Nuts those have carbs too, walnuts are 4 per 1/4 cup seving.
And you should never compare Jesus to the rest of us. Who can compare to the son of God. Thats just not fair.
