It's rather Beatlesque, the song's not called "You're Beautiful" as far as I can tell from extensive internet searches (so it's not the James Blunt song). It could possibly be by Swan Dive or Moby since I've only heard selected samples of these two songs - does anyone know? I think the ad's only been on since the start of July...

I've been trying to find who sings this also.

It sounds an awful lot like "Last Nite" by The Strokes

but it isn't The Strokes that are singing it. Anyone that knows, please tell me. It would be awesome

I saw that too. It was in Fox Reality commercial for "The Princes Of Malibu" That show apparently was on in the Summmer of 2005, so the song is at least that old.

I still cannot find it or the artist though.

Yea I would also like to know, I even tried to email the Ad department at Discovery but they gave a canned answer and said they do not know every song in their commercials. I spent about 2 hours looking for this on differnt search engines and such without success. In the end I can only think that this is a special made for TV song and not really a 'commercially available' one...
But whomever wrote/performed are on to a winner here....

...now that July is past the commercial no longer airs - we may never know.
