Hi all...I can't wait...five more days and counting till the show comes to town to film our episode...yippee...trying to finish lots of work to our new house before they get there though...so we don't look trashy on tv...lol...

4 more days....yippee....I am soo happy we did not have to film this week in the heat...lets hope it cools off by Monday...I have too much to get done this weekend...if it does not ...:-)
I'm happy, happy, happy for you terrascota! I know you'll have a fabulous time, since you've definitely got the right attitude for being on Trading Spaces! Can't wait to hear whatever details you're allowed to share when you're done filming. I know you can't give away the major stuff, but we'll take any small goodies you can throw our way! LOL!

Hi Terrascota . . I wonder if Leslie Segrete will be one of the designers on your show. She said last night that she had already done two, and there were two more to come . . I can't remember the details though . . but it'll be in the transcript. Don't work so hard getting ready that you can't have fun and work even harder for the show . . and then, of course, as soon as you can, you must tell us absolutely EVERYTHING !!

Hey all...we just finished filming last night...we are both tired...lots of fun though..and the good news is...we LOVE our room...if you guys have specific questions let me know...I will answer what I am allowed to answer...
I'm SO glad you like your room . . can you tell us who the designers were? I suppose now we'll have to wait months to see the episode before you'll be able to share much of anything. I suppose they have good reasons for that rule, but its gott'a be hard keeping mum. Thanks in advance for sharing what you can.
I believe we are about to say who the designers are...but can't talk much about the rooms...Leslie Segrete did our room...love that girl...:-)...and Laura Day did our friends room...

Oh goody . . I was hoping that this would be a 'Leslie' one .. can't WAIT to see your room and hear all about your adventures with Laura Day. I'm watching a LD/Doug rerun today (with PAIGE!). How was it to work with Laura?
My episode will be very very interesting...I don't want to reveal too much about working with Laura...All I can say is that we had a great time...and had soooo much fun...as far as answering specific questions...I think we are supposed to wait...

Laura Day?? Wow, I thought she was gone. I guess she still had some unfilmed episodes left on her contract!
I'm glad you loved your room, and I'm happy to hear Leslie's design skills are as great as her carpentry skills. Did they give you any idea when your episode will air? I'm sure we'll be bombarding you with questions after its on.
Are you allowed to say who the two carpenters were? If there were two....I know in the W. Wildwood episode Wynn worked by herself.
It must have been hard for Leslie, a carpenter, to give up carpentry control to someone else. This sounds like a very interesting episode!

Hey...our carpenter was Andrew...he was hilarious and very, very nice...we had a great time with him...they did some awesome things for our room...
As far as working with Laura..all I can say is that you will have to wait for the episode to see what happens...long...long..story...hopefully it will make good tv...:-)...
Don't know when it will air...I would guess they would let us know...
