Just for everyone's edification, the article dealt with the current trend of people getting fatter (I think that the good Doctor would say "Morbidly Obese"!) and how new tables and lifts were required to deal with these folks. If memory serves me correct, they asked Steve (chief investigator from the show) about it and he stated that Dr. G's morgue has special tables and other special paraphenalia to deal with large bodies.
