does anyone else ever think like this or is this just my complusive disorder- i keep hearing that deep breathing is good for you, but when ever i try it i keep thinking about all the toxins in the air-indoors and out - that im breathing in!
Oh My! Our breath is one of the most important things! We breath so shallow unless we're taught how. We should respect our breath as we respect a guest in our house! When you breath in slow and deep, think of it as taking your guest on a tour of your house. I'm a registered yoga instructor. Please find a registered yoga instructor in your area. No, you're the not the only one who thinks that way! I think that myself (& it's true), but luckily our noses can filter out a lot of bad stuff. So just make u sure u breathe through your nose!!
