Mod_Ivy and/or any other representative of the Discovery Channel,

Is there explanation as to why Sir David Attenborough's original narration was replaced? Why have no credits been given to him or producer Alastair Fothergill on the "Planet Earth" website? Why have the series music and scenes been edited and changed from the original?

I second this question. Attenborourgh was the big draw for me. I'm very dissapointed to see his unique style stripped out of this. Sigourney Weaver just isn't the same.

I would also like an explanation. Why has Discovery dumbed down such a great series?
It gets me steamed us folks in the states can't get the great TV show the folks in the UK got.
