WOOOOW!!! I caught the episode that aired Saturday Nov. 1st where two estranged bff's redid each others room and I AM SHOCKED!!! The room that Lauren did was PHENOMENAL and I can't believe that the blonde lady and her husband didn't just fall in loooove with their bedroom!! It was gorgeous!! The 'redo' she did was awful and looked almost worse than her bedroom did before! What was that terrible bedding all about? Lauren is a fantastic designer and they were lucky to have had her in their house!

P.S. Thanks for bringing the 2 week bounce back!! WAY TO GO TLC--YOU'RE LISTENING!!!! Smile

Sorry to disagree with you BeachBunni, but I thought Lauren's room was tacky. The circled "art" looked like a two year old had done them, and there were way to many of them. Why hang them over the drapes when you have a whole wall covered in them? Different individuals have different likes, what a boring world it would be if we all liked the same thing. I agree with the homeowners, I did not like the room at all. But I do agree with you on one thing, the room after the homeowners redo was even worse.

I liked both of the rooms, but what is hard for me is the destruction of the furniture that is still very usable. there are so many families that could use the donations...single parents, disabled people who may not even have a dresser or table, etc. I am such a believer in using what is still very usable.

Hi guys. I'm the brunette that was on the show. I totally understand what you are saying about the furniture distruction. The wood was actually reused for the art projects headboard etc. I promise it wasn't waisted!!! The crew on the show recycled everything it was nice to see.

I agree that the blonde's room was a great color. I would like to know what color it was and how to get it for my bedroom walls.

I think "blonde ladies" room could have been modified a little, like take out most of the circle art things (wayyy too much!!!) and it might have been better. But she and her husband knew it just was not their style and I'm glad they didn't pretend to like it to spare her friends feelings (better to be honest so as hard feelings don't build up again). HI Brooke!! Did you really like your room, or would you rather of had something funkier?

I looooooooooooooovvvvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeee it!!!!! It is exactly what I wanted and I didn't even know what I wanted lol. Main thing was getting my friend back so honestly I wasn't even thinking about my room. Way love it though! My husband does too.
