Bear always has a water bottle, a knife and a flint. Lets say someone had none of these things and was forced to survive. In short, Bear should do an episode or series were he literally has nothing but the clothes on his back. If you think this is a good idea, please respond.

No one alive will attempt this concept...although I do like the idea. The one thing I will give credit to Bear is the fact that he has a research team who does homework and he does tell story of "true" survivors. I give benefit of the doubt to authenticity.

Wow, that's really extreme.

I do have to say, that sounds like a very cool idea.
The problem, like montanagrizzman said, is that nobody in their right mind would want to do this. I am sure Bear would do it without a second thought, (in no way do I mean to insult Bear) but, in the same argument against the people who claim he is a fraud, due to safety regulations, he CAN'T do everything. Though now it is nice that he actually admits when he uses extra help... I am sure nobody minds. Plus, for example, in the French Alps episode, when he demonstrates how to avoid falling into crevices, and he actually jumps in... later he admits he used safety lines. If he didn't, and somehow the rope snapped, it would be sick and morally wrong to watch him fall to his death. My point being, even though it is a cool idea, it would turn the show from an informative "this is how do WOULD get out" show to watching a guy fighting to avoid his own death.

If they picked the right area this could be doable. They would have to pick a 'mild' location as far as weather and terrain.
Unfortunately Bear probably wouldn't be able to do the running and climbing around he normally does. And since this show revolves around the stunts this wouldn't be a good idea.
This is, of course, just my opinion.

Starting to sound more like Survivorman (Go Les!). Well, Since the cameraguy (Simon) would be holding the camera; Bear can easily do more to show what to do because Les is often hassled by the weight of his camera.
In one episode, Les had stability problems on his kayak because of the camera gear. Nearly tipped over.

If you actually find yourself in a survival situation you probably won't be carrying a survival kit or even a knife & flint. How about a show going in with only a wallet, car keys and some loose change.
BTW: Tom Brown Jr. survived a year in the wiled with only a knife.

On the other hand, I think that if you knew you were going to be in a wilderness area, you would take a knife and basic survival tools, and (at least I) would also take a cell phone or other communication device.

How about staying put for a week. Waiting to be rescued and showing a semi-permanent shelter, making a bow, hunting, fishing, trapping, tracking and distress signals, in a less bazaar area like the foothills or the Lower Sierras.
