Hi a good friend of mine who is in the Army National Guard, just got home a few weeks ago, from Afghanistan. He's going through a depression. Does this happen alot with you guys? On top of that, he won't have a year off before they deploy him to Iraq. I feel for you guys. God Bless You All!

Yes, depression is normal. War is never normal. Many soldiers get post traumatic stress disorder from the experience. That's serious. If you email me at edlittlefield@hotmail.com I will send you my diary which might give you some insight.
