I wanted to say that I recently have been able to see and handle a Navy Medal of Honor, and two Army MOH,(in the museum I work in). I have to saw that it is the most awe inspiring as well as exciting thing I have ever seen or touched, next to the marine corps dress uniform, an aircraft carrier and A West point cadet in full dress. But the story that goes along with all three medals are just as awesome and inspiring as the medals themselves.

As a serving member of a NATO affiliated army, I share your sense of awe in the U.S. Armed forces Medals of Honour. Please remeber the risks and actions the recipients took in the write ups that should accompany the medals and learn what courage really means. The honour lies in that.
