Even if you do not live in Albuquerque or New Mexico, please try getting a one hour massage at least twice a month. If you can't do that because of time constraints or financial issues, please get a 1.5 hour massage at least once a month. It is always better to get a referral for these services since it is hard to find a good therapist. I have family and friends that have been and still are in the military. I'd like to thank them and all the others I don't know for keeping up the good work and keeping us safe. The sacrifice is greater than some people will ever realize.
