How about a season of a show for someone who wants to lose a lot of weight (about 50-100)? Most of the shows on FitTV are good workouts, but nothing focusing on real people struggling with weight issues. I think a great show would be one that is weekly or bi-weekly that helps set goals and gives eating tips for the week for the first half hour, then has a weight loss oriented exersize program for the last half hour. Every week the excersizes and goals could change as if the person watching the show were losing the goal weight.
I don't want to go to a group meeting, plus my town doesn't have a Weight Watchers or anything... but I would like SOME motivation, and sometimes I get frusterated with not being able to keep up with some shows. Am I alone in wanting a show like this?
