In shape with Sharon Mann is my favorite new exercise show. Sorry Gilad I like you too but Sharon rocks. She offers cardio that is easy to follow. Her energy is extremely motivating. Thanks for a great show. I really suffer from Belly fat. I am 38 and female two children. Have not been able to lose 30lbs I need to. I see a nutritionist and exercise 30 min per day. I want to ask Sharon what does it really take to look half as good as you. What is Sharon's routine and does she follow a special diet for flat abdominals? Best. N MA.
You need to exercise first thing upon waking. This burns many more calories, since you do not have any food in your belly yet. You will burn fat stores mostly. Also, do not over eat. Don't worry so much about what you eat, just don't overdo it. I guarantee you that if you exercise first thing in the morning, then wait an hour afterwards before eating your first meal, you will lose bodyfat fast. Good Luck!
I read the book "Body For Life" and it also recommends exercising on an empty stomach and then waiting an hour to eat. I just can't do a whole work out on an empty tummy - I get feeling really sick and then I can't eat later - I guess that's were the weight loss comes in lol! (just kidding) I guess I could handle just 30 min of cardio - but not a whole hour long work out.
I posted I would like to see the Firm on Fit TV. I know that parts of Dallas have Fit TV, just not my area unfortunately. I hope that soon we will as I have requested and I am sure others have too. Just because I don't yet get Fit TV doesn't meant I can't make a request. I first saw Fit TV in SC when I went home to visit over the holidays and fell in love with it.
