Tuned into Episode 22 today and saw two great looking shakes. They hit most of the targets I am look for right now. The one I liked the best is the "Chocolate Raspberry Truffle" shake. Sounds like just the thing after I take my evening walk....
The bad news is, the ingredients are not given during the show. I also checked the recipie pages and it's not listed there either.
I would suggest that you list all ingredients during the show so that we can actually make the recipies that are presented.
Absolutely right. Jim rocks, the recipes are great, but for the show to work you've got to specify the ingredients and amounts. Even if you just give a ballpark figure: "About a cup of this, around a tablespoon of that" would be fine.
You also need to get the recipes posted online by the time the show airs.
I was just watching Fit Cuisine with Jim Scheibler. He was making a salmon and greens salad. After cutting the RAW salmon on his cutting board, he then put the salad greens on the SAME BOARD without washing it or washing hs hands. Talk about cross-contamination!!! I will not watch this program again... Nourish www.nourishyourlife.com
This guy looks like hes on crack. Is he on speed? this is the most poorly produced show i have ever seen. Whats up Fit Tv your programming really needs help your exersize programs are about 10 years old for programming this network is so out dated. Discovery you need better programming.
Cooking shows are great but this one is not good at all.
