sorry, I accidentally placed my question in the wrong post. Sorry for posting it again, but I just realized it was in the wrong area. Hello everyone, I am 19 years, old, and I am trying to tone up my body. I do not have money for a gym, or to buy any products, or videos, or anything like that, but I do have the FIT TV channel. I was just wondering if it is possible that I could tone up my body by actually watching and working out with Sharon Mann, when her show comes on. I would also like to know if anyone has watched any of the shows on TV, worked out with them and has lost weight, or toned up. In other words, does the workout shows on FIT TV help to get in shape? I am 130lbs, I do not want to lose weight, I just want to tone up my glutes, abs, and thighs, and lose 5 inches in my hips and waist area. If there is anyone that can help, or if there is anyone that can tell me if this helps, I will glady appreciate it. I will like to get in shape before I am 20, which is in December. Thanks
I would not focus on your goal in terms of your current age or future age. I would focus on the goal of just becoming a more fit person in general. I do think (I am an aerobics instructor) that the Fit tv programming is worthwhile to work out to and I think the advice is sound. I would like to suggest that you also use other means to cross train your body with walking, running, biking or swimming in addition to the programming. Find something that you enjoy...even belly dancing! Good luck in your fitness endeavors!
