I really would like to see some exercise programs available between noon and 3 pm. It's ideal for getting in that workout while the munchkins are napping and before the rest come home from school. I miss not having Gilad on at noon- that worked great for me. I like all the options in the morning, but they usually don't work for me with little kids and a baby at home. I don't do Yoga and really want an aerobic exercise program to do in the afternoon. It's also a great stress reliever and by afternoon, I'm in need of that! Please help!
