I WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE OF A VARIETY OF WORKOUTS, I THINK THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY AEROBIC SHOWS. MIX IT UP MORE, YOGA, BODYBUILDING (FREE WEIGHTS), PILATES, BODY CONDITIONING, ETC. I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE FITTV BE MY PERSONAL TRAINER AT HOME. THIS WOULD REQUIRE BEING ABLE TO DESIGN A PROGRAM BASED ON THE TYPE OF WORKOUTS AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING. SO THAT'S WHY MIXING UP THE TYPE OF WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO SEE MORE SHOWS ABOUT NUTRITION AND WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT LOSS, WEIGHT LOSS! PLEASE.
You should check out the TV series Urban Fitness TV. It's not one of the typical aerobic shows on FIT TV. Derek Noble is the fitness expert who provides great personal training tips for in the home and gym training. The show has alot of style. You should watch it.
I would like to see more kickboxing/taebo/aerobics shows and more dance/aerobics shows because a little self defense could never hurt anyone,and learning new dance moves will always be alot funner than knowing none. Plus it would be funner than just moving to the same style of exercises. I feel that Billy Blanks? video's are too expensive and that fit tv needs a little more variety, not alot because then the new wish for everyone will be to show everything more often. You can only fit so much into a 24hr tv station.
