I don't like HOUSECALLS, I don't like BLAINE'S, I don't like FITNATION, I don't like DIET DR., I think "neat" belongs to another Discovery channel; I do like CATHE (cardio blast) at a better time, and the "50 Years of Fitness on TV" was o.k.--too many models and non-fit related people, and how did they (purposely?) leave out JAKE and Cable Health Club? FITtv--FIX IT!!!!
I ALSO LOVE TO WORKOUT WITH CATHE AND SHARON I JUST THINK THEY NEED TO PUT THEM ON AT BETTER TIMES. I HOPE THESE OTHER SHOWS GET MOVED TO NEW TIME SLOTS SO THEY CAN MAKE ROOM FOR THE REAL GET FIT SHOWS.
I am a fitness instructor. I love watching FitTV workouts, if they're by Cathe! Sharon Mann and Gilad have to go or at least be reduced in number of appearances. For one thing, music and knowledgable instructors motivate people, esp people working out at home. That upbeat "elevator" music that Gilad and Sharon use is TERRIBLE!!!! Why doesn't FitTV get some decent, high-profile instructors like Sherry Caitlin, Patick Godreau, Calvin, etc?!?! Let's really motivate couch potatoes with a greater variety of classes and more motivating instructors....come on!!
I am devastated!!!!I just logged on to see what episode Cathe is going to do today only to find that Gil is in her time slot!!!!!!Cathe changed my life...I must admit I don't really do her step stuff but am addicted to her shows using weights. What is going on? Gils weight segments are nothing compared to Cathe's. I hope that she is not being fazed out. Does anybody else feel strongly about this or am I in the minority here?
okay..I feel a bit like an idiot. Just went back again to check schedule and Cathe was on at 8am. For some reason it had brought up Sunday's schedule the first time. However I still think that there is not enough Cathe. After looking through other people's comments I see that I am not alone. Does anyone read these postings?
Do the messages on this board get to the people that do the program scheduling at all? As far as I can tell there is no other way to contact these people than through the boards. Every thing that I have read indicates that no one is happy about the scheduling and/or programming but instead of getting better it seems to be getting worse. Is there any other way to get through to these people?

THEIR MUSIC IS JUST FINE, SOMETIMES I DONT FEEL LIKE WORKING OUT BUT THE MUSIC GETS ME MOTIVATED. SO MAYBE IT WOULDNT HURT TO BRING NEW INSTRUCTERS. PERSONALLY MY FAVORITE IS CATHE HER STEP WORKOUTS ARE SO FUN AND HER WEIGHT SHOWS ARE SO CHALLENGING. I ALSO THINK THEY NEED TO PUT CATHE ON A LITTLE MORE, OR GIVE HER A BETTER TIME SLOT. ANYWAYS I LOVE FIT TV I OWE ALOT TO THE CHANNEL.I LOOK BETTER NOW AFTER 3 KIDS THAN I DID BEFORE. I REALLY HOPE SOMEONE WILL CONSIDER PUTING MORE EXCERCISE SHOWS IN THE EVENING. ali, I totally agree with you. I also have have 3 kids and started with gil 15 years ago. I do owe him but it wasn't until a year and a half ago when I found Cathe that my entire body changed. I look younger at 43 than I did at 33. It's like I found some kind of anti-aging miracle. I am fortunate that I can exercise in the morning so I think that they should put the more challenging shows in the mornings and evenings to fit more people's schedules. That Housecalls show is just not cutting it. A lot of us no longer need to be babied. We need some tougher work outs without having to leave the house. Fit tv is an awesome idea...it would be a shame to see it deterioate.
We voted for Gilad, Cathe and Sharon. We work during the days and when we get home we can't find them anywhere on Fit TV. Instead, what do we find? People telling us what not to do and doing the same things themselves. We need to have the regular work outs in the evenings when we get home from work. To each his/her own I say. I graduated from Gilad's Bodies in Motion to Total Body Sculpt. I also love Sharon Mann. The evenings are long enough to accomodate these, plus the other favourites. Why then do you force us to watch (I refuse to do) what we didn't ask for. FIT TV please do the following: GIVE US WHAT WE VOTED FOR IN THE EVENINGS!!! START THE FAVOURITES EARLIER IN THE MORNINGS!!!
There seems to be more complaints than compliments about fit tv's new schedule, and I agree.Why don't the people at fit tv put back our excercise shows in the morning and evening for good.

Housecalls is so silly, telling people to work out with groceries. What do you work out with when you drink the water and eat the soup? Empty cans & bottles? I hope that FitTV reads all of the threads about how terrible the new schedule is. They have lost many viewers, including me. The workout shows should be on all evening.
Personally I like Gilad's music, it gets me energized, and find Cathe's pretty annoying. I don't like the pop music and singing there is in her shows. Also I don't have the huge barbells she uses in the show, so Gilad's show is much more convienent because I do have several dumbbells. I see a huge change in my body with the muscle I got from following Total body sculpt. I agree with the scheduling, and I hate Blaine's, Housecalls, FitNation... etc. I'm going to contact them too and send FitTV a message.
I love Gilad, Sharon, Diet Doctor, Carribean Workout and The Gym. I would like to see a cooking show that includes only vegetables and fruit. I do not do Cathe's step workouts, they are too advanced for me, I would like to see her do a step workout for beginners. I love FITTV!!! With Global Obesity on the Rise, the world needs FITTV!!!!!

I encourage you to give it a try though. You may be alittle lost the first couple of times but then youll get the hang of it and have so much fun. As a rehab. therapist I think having free exercise shows on tv is awesome.there is really no excuse not to workout. I recommend the shows to my patients and do them as well. I like the total body sculpt, the old bodies in motion is awful!! Cathe is great although you need quite a bit of equipment ( which you can get at used sporting good places cheap, especially after Jan. when everyone quits)I like the hour format so you can actually get some benefit. Cathe can be quite advanced which I tell people to start with Gilad and work up to hers and follow her instructions. the previews of the new shows(all star workout) it looks a little trendy-maybe good for the 20 something mtv crowd. please don't loose the basic shows like gilad and Cathe. thanks
