I think Sharon Mann is a jumping around fool. I would love to see some Taebo on your channel so get with Billy or Shelly and get some real weight losing, proper instruction shows on.It worked for me I was once 300 pounds and now weigh 140 with a 29 inch waist. Thanks to Taebo and you would think it would be on your channel along with Inhale with Steve Ross. Check into it please.

What is up with the new line up??? I am a Gilad and Cathe, and Breathespace finatic and I'm disappointed that they've been "curbed" and in the case of the yoga, completely eliminated. I'm so utterly frustrated with All Star Workout that I'm ready to write off FitTv altogether. The only reason I subscribe to digital cable is for this channel and now there's really no use for it. What gives?

I think Gilad is great! (Can you tell by my name hahaha!) I don't even hear the music, elevator or not! He's funny, and he's BURNING TOO! And he doesn't like "cheaters" (his workout teammates) who might be tempted to slack off a bit...so I DON'T. And now I'm SCULPTED TOO! Convenient half hour workouts on workday mornings, full hour workouts on weekends. What more do you want?! A TV schedule that has Gilad several times a day...that's what! I will do the "contact us" link at the bottom (GREAT ADVICE!)....but I will also go to GILAD's website and say HEY! What gives! Get back on the air before I go flabby again! Maybe Gilad does not know how many of us depended on his regular workouts (available throughout the day). I happen to be one of those who really does work out at 5:00 a.m. before showering for work...but hey, we all don't have the same day responsibilities do we! and more workouts mean more flexibility in schedules that change from day to day. It is great to see so many people angered at the new FIT-TV format, which is not a workout format at all. I could not believe I was not alone in my anger at the new "fluff and stuff" format of FIT-TV. Rock on REAL fitness/workout fans!

As a dance major in college who's been doing workout videos since the early 1980s, I'm glad to see so many people here appreciate the excellent workouts that Cathe Freiderich provides. I agree totally with MISCHURCH; she's the only instructor out there who has good music and USES it to motivate the workout. That's so helpful!

To LAUNI00: Keep doing her step workouts. They are advanced and frustrating at first, but if you hang in there, you'll start to get them and then anything easier will seem boring! Cathe is the absolute QUEEN OF THE STEP!!!

To EMILALALY: You can always substitute dumbbells for barbells in Cathe's heavy weight workouts and still get the same benefits. That's what I've been doing for a year now and it's worked!

To FIT TV: MORE CATHE TIME SLOTS!!!

My name is Malaya, I'm a married 24 year old student that really has gotten too settled with my weight. I play tennis now at least 3 times a week but I need tough love as far as weight loss is concerned. Growing up I was very fit and I'd like to go back to the way I looked when my husband met me. I'm in love, I will be graduating May of 2007 and I'd love to graduate with a bang. Watching Ballroom Bootcamp inspires me. I'd love to do that show.
