Just saw the episode about Tuscan Chicken Paillard. Would someone please tell Nathan Lyon that Tuscany is NOT in Southern Italy. And Italians don't eat Avocados.
There are moments, where in the thick of things, be it excitement, stress, or simply the desire to do well, I have a momentary lapse of reason ... or two. You can imagine when that particular show was released some of my wonderful Farmer's Market customers, and friends would approach me with at least one eyebrow raised, and a cracked smile in the corner of their mouths. Now, at seven years strong working with farmers at Farmer's Markets, I still get those smiles. As my oldest brother would say, ‘we tease because we love.’ I truly appreciate you taking the time out of your day to comment, so thank you. While shooting all 18 episodes of season one in just nine days some mistakes were made. Such is life. I can only hope, that because A Lyon in the Kitchen is totally unscripted, season two is both educational and highly entertaining because my community of families and farmers at the markets really know how to tease a guy.
