I just want it to be known that I HATE Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Blast with the steps. She goes WAY to fast so I'm not even able to benefit from it at all and it is on in the evenings for a whole hour and thats the only time I CAN work out. I've really tried to get her step routine but she changes her positions so much I don't have time to even figure out what she is doing! Can we please get this show changed to a different time!

I also hate Cathe's step workout. She goes way to fast and does way too many turns that it is impossible to do and keep your eye on the tv to see what's next. I just get frustrated and end up doing my own step routine. I do love all her other workouts but wish she would make the step workout more easy to follow.

I love Cathes cardio blast. I wish that Fit T.V. had more of her cardio routines! I get tired of the same workouts over and over. Her work out is by far the best! I get bored with other workouts! The one hour formats are great, 30 min just doesn't seem long enough. Please get more of Cathe!!!!!!!!!

I love Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Blast. Please keep it on FitTV.

I feel her workout combines fabulous choreography with a great workout. However, I have been an ACE certified group fitness instructor since 1993. Picking up the choreography is easy for me and I need to be challenged because of my experience level. In my opinion I feel the choreography is very complex (but I like that) and I can see why people find it hard to follow. She does cue and lead in well however does not break down the moves.

Perhaps FitTV could also air a less complex step show so all levels could be accommodated. Just please don't take it off! Thanks!

As an avid watcher of this channel and trying to stay interested, I've tried Cathe's workout twice, but I get so frustrated in the first five minutes, I feel like I'm chasing my tail and not getting a great workout. I have no desire to watch her again.
