I have been working out with Gilad's Bodies in Motion for years. It is the only show that I enjoy exercising with and it works for me. Trilla is my inspiration. She keeps getting in better shape as she gets older. Please bring the show back. I don't like the new Gilad show as much as Bodies in Motion.

I agree - I love exercising with Gilad - he's the best. Please put him on the air after 5 pm so we can work out with him after work.

I agree 100%. After years of not working out - Bodies in Motion was a great solution. I did the work outs every morning. It is a great beginners work out program. Please bring back the old morning schedule. It was doing wonders for me.

Please bring Gilad's Bodies in Motion back at least five day and evenings a week. He's the only one who has it going on right. He has been the expert for years. All the rest just aren't the same. Taping just isn't personal enough and the videos, while they are great, just aren't the same either. FitTV, please bring Gilad back!! Gilad we all need you.

I have been working out to Gilad's Bodies in Motion for the past fifteen years. Iam so dissapointed in Fit.TV for canceling the program. I started when I was about thirty and will be 55 in a week. Bodies in Motion was not only a workout but my total sanity.Gilad helped me stay fit and trim. I am a person who needs a constant routine. Gilad kept me on track. Please bring back Bodies and Motion. If not for my sake my husbands. Thank you in advance!

I totally agree. I stopped watching FitTV because Gilad is only on once weekdays (7:30am) that's at a reasonable hour on the west coast. I use his tapes now- but I really miss the routine and the set schedule. He was the most popular instructor on FitTV- why did they cut back. I never tire of his shows- no matter how many times I've worked out with them.

I just turned the TV off and bought his Quick Fit System. I have lost 32 pounds in 11 weeks and never felt better in my life. I am posting pictures and actual pounds/inches lost. I have a long journey, but me and Gilad are going to do it. Feel free to watch me melt http://www.geocities.com/debyduz/diet.html
