All Star Workouts is great. I love the variety. I get bored with most workout shows and videos, but with this program I'm always jumping up and saying, "I want to try that."
Urban Fitness and Fit Nation are huge sources of inspiration for me. When I'm starting to think "I don't wanna" I just watch the shows and I'm totally pumped up and ready to go.
I started seriously trying to lose weight starting January 1st (New Year's Resolution), and so far I've lost a pound a week. I've still got about 60 lbs. to go, but I'll get there. I'm totally changing my lifestyle. I get up early to exercise (and I was never a morning person), I look for more active ways to do my everyday tasks, and I'm paying more attention to how much I eat as well as making better food choices.
I would really like to see a show about people losing weight and getting healthy. I'm not talking about a reality show with prizes or competitions or even a 10 minute interview with somebody who lost weight. I would like to see 1-hour documentaries about people who are losing weight (one documentary per person, so we can see how they have transformed themselves). I know there's the reunion show, but even that show is about deadlines. I don't want to see a show about losing weight for the big day. I want to see a show about people changing their lives.
You keep pumping out the shows, and I'll keep watching and working out.
