I LOVED the Cathe Friedrich Lo Max you just premiered! I think it's wonderful that you're having new shows from her. They work wonders! I have been working out 4 to 5 times per week for a month with Cathe and have seen results, particularly on my legs and glutes, an other people notice! I love the combination of cardio and weights that she has, and how I can choose from the different shows you have of hers in a day. If I feel like Step, I choose one with step, if I feel like weights, I choose some Pyramid or Power Hour. I just wish you had more core work from her, just like the one to premier tomorrow. I can't wait!

Spring time shape up is destined to give great results having these new and intense shows one after the other. And it is great that you can do them either very early (which i prefer) and in the evening (as many people have been demanding).

only problem is theres only one step show I know carribean workout is due to air sometime the first part of May I like aerobics and step not all thoiis stretch and core crap
