I love All Star Workout. I know that today was the first day but, I loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for. The perfect combination for cardio and muscle. I like Gilad for muscle conditioning but, for me it was too intense. I did this workout with Kendall and could keep up and not get so out of breath. Keep 'em comin'!!!! I already have it on my Tivo.

I am INCREDIBLY excited about the new All Star workouts. I'm especially looking forward to the Belly Dance, Bhangra Dance and Afro Latin Dance episodes. Notice any recurring themes there? I think a Global Dance Workout show with the same format as All Star Workout would be amazing.

I also can't wait for the Belly Dance, Ghangra and Afro Latin Dance. I didn't care for the Hip Hop but, I just can't do that.
I like the stability ball workout but, it wasn't quite as intense as I'd hoped.
Still looking forward to the newer shows.

I loved the belly dance workout. It was one of the best I've seen. I just wish I knew when it would be coming on again. Hopefully soon, and when my toddler is sleeping....

hey i love the all star workout. i only wish we didnt get that break , the funky workout is not for me. i am looking for ward to bhangra and the belly dance was good. Also wish it was a hour early , especially in the mornings.
i dont know how long this will last, ihope we dont get too used to it and they take right out . i liked they show yesterday the pilates based one. i am waiting for the iron yoga.
keep it up hope this continues for a long time.
my suggestion is all the workouts should be for one hour.

I must be the only person to be completely disappointed by All Star Workout. I'm sure it's probably good for a beginner, but after a week of that show, I found some of the instructors to be completely annoying and I didn't feel physically challenged.

No, you aren't the only one disappointed in All-Star Workouts. While mixing it up is nice, they weren't very challenging. Yes, I thought they were a little annoying.

I alsoe question some of their techniques as to their safety. They may be fine for 20 year-olds, but all instructors should be teaching beginners in their 30's & 40's how to position their bodies to prevent injury. There is a way to do this and still be challenging for "experts".

I happened to catch one of the All-Star Workouts today with Jennifer G, and I loved it. I have one of her dance tapes through Crunch and was excited to see her as one of the instructors. My personal goal on most videos/tv shows is simply to break a sweat, and with Jennifer G's dance moves (even between commercial breaks) my goal was achieved. I'm looking forward to catching some of the other instructors. Thanks for bringing on a show that offers some variety.

This show is a joke. I watched and laughed. If I am taking time out of my day to workout I want to see results. The instuctor was not wearing shoes, she was dancing around with a piece material in her hand and she was annoying!!! Make a new channel for dance fitness because this show doesn't deserve to be on FIT tv.

I agree with Molly. All star workout is great for someone who's just starting out in exercise.... otherwise it provides zero challenge.

I wish FitTv really would mix it up and provide a hard core kickboxing workout or something similar. NOT the "reality" type shows or cooking shows that should be shown at midnight... which is when Gilad is being shown now.

I agree with Mollyoha and tampabaygirl. these new shows stink!! but I actually have to thank Fit tv, because with the change in programming, I went out and bought the Cathe Friedrich dvds. Now I work out when I want without commericals.
Her dvds are just what I needed to push myself to the next level. thanks fittv and so long!!

I looove this show. Its the only time I really get exited to workout. My absolute favorite so far is Belly Dancing. I would love an entire show just for that!

I love the fact that I get to try something new. I have been doing mostly The Firm workouts and some TaeBo so I love the opportunity to do different type of dance workouts, especially belly dancing. I just hope that the series continues but that they include more intermediate and advanced level work outs. They should continue to show these for beginngers, but I would love more of a challenge. Even in the same themes, like an intermediate and an advacned belly dance routine. But the variety is great, the fact that it is made to fill the time alotted is great (I hate the fact that they cut parts out off Cathe, I know it is for time purposes, but I want the whole workout), and the fact that these workouts run for an hour is also fantastic. I've been recording them onto DVD and without the commercials they are still about 45 minutes. I've seen criticsm of these shows, but I hope FIT TV just improves on them and brings us even more different types of fitness shows, like the live class style shows one person suggested, instead of canceling them in favor of more of the reality crap. I love All Star, but not everyone will like everything, just bring us more variety in your fitness programs.

I am VERY pleased with the new all star work-outs. They are just the right pace. These are the only work-outs I can due that are not high impact or hard on my joints. I especially like Ellen Barrett's pilates program. Please include more of her work-outs.

Wow! I just turned on your all star work out and I am appalled that you would let someone be televised leading a cardio kickingboxing class who doesn't even apparently know how to make a proper fist [his thumbs were sticking out]let alone throw a punch. Maybe you should think about getting genuine experts in each area of exercise that you put on your show.
It's bad enough to try to exercise at home without the benefit of an instructor present to correct your form but it is a travesty to have the instructors using bad form to teach!!

I just started watching (and doing...lol) the All Star Workouts this week. I LOVED the first 3 instructors and their respective workouts (Sarina, Madonna, Ellen). They were FUN and creative! However, the Kickboxing instructor that played today (Tom Deters) led a less than fun and creative class. Not only were many of his techniques WRONG, but he was quite hard to follow and OFF-beat to the music. Being very motivational in his speech, I think he would be better suited for public speaking than instructing a kickboxing class.

As an Exercise Specialist and as an instructor, I was extremely disappointed with the so-called "All Star Workout" that aired today @ 1pm. The instructor clearly has no clue how to teach this type of workout. The sad part is he's not the only one. The participants behind him were more confused than he was. He clearly copied the Tae Bo format which demonstrated his lack of creativity and lack of understanding of how this type of workout can positively effect the body. Fit TV needs to encourage their instructors to do what they're good at and leave the kickboxing alone. Bill Blanks and Tae Bo has it locked down. There is nothing FitTV can do to top that. If you want to be legite contact Billy in LA and get him on you program live from his studio. This would shake up FitTv and put all those other so-called kickboxing instructors out of business. The public think these kickboxing programs are good because they make them sweat. The truth the public doesn't know any better and FitTv knows that. FitTv should be ashamed for putting such garbage on the air. Tae Bo is still the graetest of all time. Peace

Where did the hip hop dance workout go? Like the rest of those silly workouts, it didn't make me sweat but it was kind of fun. The rest are just so ho hum. I miss Gilad's hour too. I guess I should have recorded the stuff I liked. I'll know better next time.
