Pretty, not practical. The change of scenery is a little annoying. The routines don't flow comprehensively, and the camera shots don't allow beginners to follow. If your a veteran yogi, maybe you could enjoy the soft voice, but even that is a little irritating. There's a big feeling of disconnect from the routine and the narrator. The poses are not well queued for proper anatomical alignment and safe practice. Please add different yoga shows to your repertoire.
I couldn't disagree more. I love Namaste Yoga. And I was a beginner to yoga but found this to be easy to follow. I find her voice soothing. I do agree though that at times I wish the camera shots would show the entire body so that I could learn the routine faster. I'm a big big fan!
okay, i love namaste yoga and i think it's a quick, calming yoga session, but i'm so sick of the SAME episodes on all the time! are they ever gonna make new ones???
I love the show. It has been a great experience and was easy to follow, as a beginner. Love the soft voice and the screen shots, which were not hard to follow at all after the second time, and the simplicity of the show. I've tried Yoga Zone, which was OK, Inhale, which is too long for home, and Shiva Rhea, which was absolutely ridiculously hard and impossible to follow. This is easily the best of the four shows.
Is it possible to buy DVDs of Kate Potter's Namaste Yoga? I like exercise programs where the narrator is not doing the action while speaking. I like the quiet voice and the excellent sessions. It would be nice to be able to do the sessions without commercials.
I don't know what it is about this show, but I really can't stand it. It just doesn't flow right for me, I'd much rather do the yoga I have on demand, which is much better, and MUCH more effective than Namaste.
