Aubre,
I enjoyed your workout! Trying new things is fun. I could definitely feel the work in my hips and obliques from all that center movement. You and your team put on a beautiful performance at the end of the show. I for one appreciate the variety that All Star Workouts has offered. My only wish is that Fit Tv would offer MORE shows from each of the trainers.

The Dance Groove workout that was on today (Wednesday)with Jennifer Galardi instructing was so fun...and I could actually follow it! Some of the dance workouts are super hard to follow, but this one wasn't as hard as it looked. I would love to see this type of workout of Fit Tv more often.

Oh my god. I love these new workouts. I did the belly dance, kendel's , and michelle's. I loved them. I saw clips that had the bhangra and the afro-latin workouts and i cannot wait until they go on. I just enjoy the dance style workouts. A huge thumbs up to fit-tv. I wish I could get a hip scarf for the belly dance workout. Thanks

I've done the bellydance, pilates sculpt, dance party and bhangra. Muscles I didn't even know I had are hurting,... and I'm enjoying the sensation. I have never been so excited about working out before. This is fun and entertaining, and has gotten me hooked. My fiance says he can already tell I've been working out! I'm really looking forward to more of the dancing, especially the ballet workout.

I know some people have complained about the "beginner" nature of the program, but I AM a beginner, and so is my 11-year-old daughter. Even my autistic 9-year old son is starting to show interest. If the goal is to improve fitness and reduce obesity across the nation, then FitTV is doing the right thing by offering workouts at all levels.

Maybe a more obvious labeling system (i.e. Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert) tagged at the end of each show title will help people who don't want to read the descriptions of each show quickly identify which programs are meant for them. I do have to agree with the lack of interest in the more "reality based" shows, but like I said, if the intent is to get more people interested in fitness, I think I can deal with it.

Please keep the All-Star Workouts coming!

Today is the second day that I am working out to "All Star Worksout". Let me just say"OWWWWWW!" I love it. I really really love it. I lost 21 pounds in the last 5 months with proper nutrition and diet but have yet to tone my body with working out. I hate having to travel to the gym, don't want to run or jog by myself ( can't find anyone to join me) and hate workout videos because i get bored very quickly or feel intimidated by the process of learning steps and give up. This show has a different affect on me, I am looking forward to a different workout with a different instructor. It is motivating me actually get some cardiovascular activities to my schedule. I am going to Vegas in a few weeks and want to rock my first bikini. I am looking forward to feeling comfortable wearing one. I am not expecting to look like Instructor Sharon or Madonna from All star workout but expect to look decent in a bikini. I do need to keep up with the routine of doing it daily until my trip. Then i can pace myself to 3 times weekly. I have a small calender that I am using to track all my favorite workouts. so anyone here want to join me in my journey? I would love to have an online partner to keep me on track. Otherwise, I hope that everyone finds something in this channel that will motivate them to live a healthier life. Good Luck everyone.

HEY FITTV....COME TO MY KICKBOX CLASS.....That guy is a JOKE. BAD FORM, OFF BEAT....CUES POORLY...Please...My class which is TKB...TURBO KICK BOX is Amazing! I didn't make it up, but I teach the heck out of it!Smile If you want perfection, put the gal who did create it on your show. Chalene Johnson is cute, NOT annoying, awesome technique and the music is ALL THAT and a bag of chips.

We who KNOW exercise, KNOW that this Boxing class is NOT an ALL STAR WORKOUT...BTW.....The ball class was a joke too!!!!....You have such a disparity. You show a ball class that is laughable and then you have that same instructor do a step routine with NO taps and so advanced that MOST would fall off the step.

I love to have variety and I'm all for changing it up, but PLEASE pool from the MANY MANY talented people who are out there teaching every day..>NOT just the instructors who TRY to be on TV. There is a DIFFERENCE>

hey guys,
I hear what some of you were saying about the kick boxing. It is a bit easy if you are an avid exerciser. I have been preety sedentery for about a year and a half due to a bad ankle injury. So I definitely appreciate the slower pace and simple moves. Today is the third day that i am working out to this show. I am absolutely hooked. Hopeefully i will keep it up.

I loved the episode of All Star Workouts using the BOSU with David Weck. I teach BOSU and now have some wonderful new things to incorporate in my class. I hope there will be other episodes that he does.

I really enjoyed Tom's workout! I know some don't but for me I need all the help I can get right now! I don't have the money for a gym membership so this is ideal for me. I would really like to know when he's going to be on again. Maybe I'm doing somthing wrong but the schedule on this site never seems to be in line with what is on at the time.

Ok, so I was (am) a Gilad fanatic. But All Star comes on at the perfect time for me, so I finally checked it out this week. (Yes, I was reluctant to even give it a chance.) It was ok the first couple of times, but I continued on through Carribean and finally Gilad, to get a real sweat going. (I wasn't inspired; I could just afford the extra time.) Then there was today - Dance Grove with Jennifer Galardi - now that KICKED!! I rested through Carribean and came back for Gilad. (Hey, fanatiscism is hard to let go.) I want more of that ROCKIN' workout type!! I searched down Discovery Channel and joined just so that I could tell you how AWESOME that was!! I haven't had so much fun since the MTV Crunch videos! (By the way, I never saw Jennifer's Crunch, but I'm going shopping for it today.) Now, I'm behind on my schedule for the rest of the day, but I just needed to let you know how much I LOVED it! Please have more of Jennifer or people like her!! Thank you!!

Please- more Petra and Patrick! I loved Petra before FitTV and I'm so happy that I get to see more of her. And though I'd heard of Patrick before, FitTV gave me a chance to work out with him- and now I think I'm going to become an addict. Patrick is the Cardio Ball God!

I feel silly because I wasnt sure how to work the forum, and I posted something in the discussion section already, but I want to reiterate that I love the All Star Workouts!! I think MaDonna Grimes is the best instructor because she takes the time to teach you the moves, shes motivational and you get a great workout w/her show (afro-latin dance). I also think Sarina and Tommy D are great and wish FitTV would offer a few different episodes for their 'classes'. And, somebody, please tell Jenifer Galardi that she needs to take more time in teaching her moves. I would love her class and look forward to it, if I knew that I could keep up. Im sure Im not the only one that wants some of the instructors to realize that we arent all shaped like dancers, nor can we move as easily. We need time to let our bodies adjust to the pretzel-twisting. Thanks! I also really wanted to say that A.S.W. is the first time that Ive looked forward to exercising. I love the variety (especially the dance classes) and the varying degrees of difficulty. Thanks for helping me work toward my weight loss goals. And I want to repeat to all the Bhangra skeptics...try the class. Youll find muscles in your legs you never knew you had. Thanks so much MaDonna, Sarina, Tommy D and the others I love so much!! PS does anyone know where I can get a BOSU ball?

I love David Weck's BOSU workout too! It looks easy until you actually get on a BOSU ball and try it! I know that you can buy a BOSU ball on-line at www.bosufitness.com or www.bosu.com but you can also find them at sports stores like Sports Authority, Sport Mart, Target, Walgreens, etc. I can easily say that BOSU is the best total body workout I've had in a while! I'd love to see more BOSU workouts on FitTV.

To Sarina Jain:
I'm one who really enjoys the Bhangra workout. It's creative, challenging, effective, and the teaching is excellent. Everyone looks like they're really enjoying themselves, and the sweat-factor is all there. Not all the All Star Workouts are of this quality--Thanks.

Its the first time a work out was too easy!
I did the boot camp and had to change it up a bit. I like the whole idea of the show, but there needs to be some more advanced workouts.

I am a former dancer who has suffered from a chronic autoimmune disease in recent years. All-Star Workouts have gotten me out of bed and made me enjoy moving again! The instructors are upbeat and the cues are great for "newbies" like me. I agree that there should be intermediate and advanced versions of this program but please do not cancel this show.

I have completed fitness instructor certification. This series is absolutely fantastic to introduce people to the many ways to become fit. I particularly love the Bhangra session and hope that is available on DVD soon. The hardcore fit person should enjoy the series as a warm up to their serious routine, followed by a soy protein smoothy to mellow out! Thanks again for this really nice intro into many forms of fitness. It is a nice new series for a new year.
