Ellen Barrett does such a great job! Her cues are great, her voice is pleasant to hear, and I really like the sincere way she offers encouragement. I've purchased her videos so that I can fit her into my busy schedule. Keep up the good work, Ellen!!

These shows are the only reason I am able to exercise right now. The variety is perfect; I have most of them on Tivo and just pick whichever one I am in the mood for each day. Before A.S.W. I wasn't doing ANYthing physical, so these are great for me. I love Sarina Jain and MaDonna the best, but most of the instructors are so much fun. It is so nice to WANT to move again; I really look forward to these - keep it coming!

From all of the shows I saw and tried, my favorite one is Tommy's workout. I love his inspirational and motivational behaviour, and I love how the whole workout goes. The only thing I miss is that there are no more workouts with him. I also liked the belly dancing and the bootcamp workouts, but Tommy remains my favorite one. Like many others, I also miss very much Gilad's one hour shows... For now these are the instructors who could really make me to work out - Gilad and Tommy. I will be watching for more from them.

I really love Tommy's workout the best also. The workout was fun and the music has been the best so far. I would love the reruns of his workout rather than seeing bellydancing every other day. Kendall is my second best.

I did Petra's Core workout this weekend and I loved it- the perfect balance of functional fitness, cardio and strength. More like that- and more Petra- please!

Until Feb. 7 of this year, I haven't watched FitTV since November. Every time I think this is the time I will stick with exercising, something comes up, or I just get bored and give up only to feel guilty. Well, I did start again end of January with some of the Power 90 and Belly dance DVDs I have, but when I saw All Star Workouts while channel surfing I had to see what it was. The first episode I tried was Bhangra Dance and I was hooked! It had moves I wanted to learn and was fun. One thing I noticed about some of the exercise tapes I have is that they don't do enough with legs. These shows do. I exercise every day except Sunday. Some are much more difficult than others, but most are fun and worthwhile too. I don't have a scale, but I see a difference in my body. That's good...right?
Yes, I'm still a beginner. It's almost been a month that I've been keeping up with exercising. For me that's huge. Normally, I give up after two weeks. What some don't seem to realize is that there are more of us beginners than there are of people in advanced shape. Shows like this help to get the ball moving. I liked Gilad and Cathy too, in fact, I loved how her stretches challenged me. The advanced need the tougher stuff. Just please make no plans to get rid of All Star Workouts, or make them too tough. Sure, when...not if...I get stronger I'll have to move on to something harder, but I can see I'll still visit. The instructors are full of energy and can really get you - well me - up and moving. This week is no school. Once my youngest saw what I was doing, she moved in her blanket and danced right beside me.

Just stopping by to say "thanks" for putting on this show. I LOVE the variety in instructors and in workouts. I TIVO it everyday! My favorite so far has been Petra's core workout.

BRING BACK GILAD AND CARIBBEAN WORKOUTS!!! The Bhangra was Ok, but boring and too repetitive. I tried a couple others and they were lame and repetitive. I would burn more calories sleeping.

What a disappointment to still see the All Star Workout in a prime exercise time. You are losing me as a devoted FitTV fan. Bring back more Gilads or Cathe Freidrich who can give you a real workout that counts. Time is precious and exercise is a real value in our lives. Don't keep wasting your energy on this show.

I've been working out for 25 years and just discovered the All Star Workouts. Some of them look really great, and I'd love to have them on DVD so I can do them at my convenience. Just a note to everyone who feels these aren't the right workouts for them, there are hundreds and hundreds of videos and DVDs available at retail and through Collage Video at all intentisity levels, including advanced (although most of the advanced aren't available at retail - like Cathe's).

Add me to the list of fans... I've lost 14 pounds since cutting calories and starting doing All Star Workouts 3-4 days a week since January! I love being able to mix things up a bit instead of doing the same things with the same instructors every day. I really enjoy Ellen Barrett's programs... she's a fantastic instructor and I really feel like I get a good workout with both the Pilates Sculpt and the Slow-robics. I also LOVED Tommy's Kickbox Cardio, and wish it would be aired again. I had it on my Tivo, but it got erased!

All Star Workouts offer enough variety for anyone to be challenged. I've been teaching/taking aerobics for over 25 years and if you choose you can challenge yourself you can modify and push yourself. Aerobics are what YOU put into it. We instructors offer guidelines, what YOU put into it is what you get out of it. I've done each ASW and I've found it's just like life, you like some people more than others. Now that I'm in my 50's I'm glad I can still keep up with Gilad and Cathe. However, Petra, a proven survivor, is a true inspiration. Ellen Barrett shows how to work out the body and keep yourself FLEXIBLE. That is one thing too many instructor overlook at their peril. Thanks FITTV for trying to be an oasis of sanity in the wasteland of TV

I LOVE the All Star Workouts. The only one I don't care for is the belly dance. The really in shape people may be whining, but for the rest of us, it is a fun option, and I have seen results. This is perfect for stay at home moms! The pilates segment is great, but my personal fave was the kickboxing. The moves were nothing new (but is much different than tae bo. Been there done that thanx. There are only so many moves in kickboxing.) but the hook for me was the instructor. Maybe his form wasn't perfect, god forbid his thumb stuck out, come on people, but last I checked it was a cardio workout, NOT a kickboxing instruction class. Bottom line, he was upbeat and very very motivational. He had some great messages to impart and this is the first time I have enjoyed a workout enough to stick with it. I have lost 23 pounds with that segment! MORE TJ DETERS PLEASE! Also love the dance grooves.

I just tuned in to FitTV yesterday to see what was happening. I absolutely LOVED the pilates scultp with Ellen Barrett. That is the one exercise I want to get up and do. I couldn't get my VCR ready to record it in time and was hoping one of you might have recorded it. I haven't had a chance to see any of the other All Star Workouts, but you know when you've found the one for you and this was it! Please let me know if any of you have the means to get me a copy. Thanks so much!

I absolutely love All Star Workouts!!! I watch it every day and I'm seeing results. I normally run to keep my body in shape, but never really got that toned look in my arms and waist. Also, my body has become very flexible and I'm doing things that I've never done before. My favorite instructor is Ellen Barrett because of the way she instructs which is easy to understand and I love the exercises she does. Not only am I getting toned up, but I'm learning dance moves like the belly dance, hip hop, and bhangra dance. Despite the others lack of fitness causing them to dislike these workouts All Star is awsome. Keep 'em coming!

HELP! I accidentally deleted my Petra Kolber Core All Star Workout and it is not on the upcoming schedule of programs!!!! My pants never fit like this before Petra--- PLEASE replay this episode! That or put All Star Workout episodes on DVD-- I was actually hoping to be able to purchase it this morning and not have to wait for it to replay... I would pay at least $20 for one if that helps out your marketing folks.
