I have been doing All Star Workouts for a while now, but I've just started doing them regularly, and I love it. My favorite instructors are Petra Kolber and Ellen Barrett. I really feel the burn during the workouts. For a fun workout, I enjoy MaDonna Grimes, Sarina Jain, and Aubre's workouts. They are intense too. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a great workout, and I have been doing the shows for years. But you definitely need to get some new workouts on the air. This is very repetitious!!! Surely some new programs are available.

I agree, definitely need new workouts!!! These workouts get boring after six months...moving on to something new. Let us know when you have new workouts!

I love All Star Workout! I am 'rhymic-challenged' and other aerobic programs that I have tried looked more like a 3 Stooges episode than a workout. Ellen Barrett's Slow Aerobics works at a pace that I can keep up and is challenging but not boring. Thank you FitTV for creating a program that isn't for personal trainers--they should already know how to exercise!

I'm a 50 plus year old male who really enjoys All Star Workout. While I have exercised continously since grade school, I do find myself showing my age a bit. I can still keep up with Gilad and Sharon Mann, but I find the variety of workouts presented by All Star Workout refreshing. They may not be the most taxing or challenging, but they get the job done. I particularly enjoy the Kick Box Cardio. I find Tom Deeters presentation to be alot of fun, and I break a good sweat before its over. It may not be the best demonstration of kick boxing technique, but it gets me off the couch for a fun workout. I would like to see some new episodes, and hope they will be developed. All in all, a good show for those of us who still like to exercise no matter how old we get.

I have been working out with All Star Workouts for about two weeks. I just worked out with Stretch Fusion with Michelle LeMay and I feel great! There should be more workouts like this one because it really revived my body and I feel so relaxed! I feel like a new person.

So grateful to have found this show! As a total rookie, these shows have been inspirational and challenging.

I see alot of shows out there for people who are committed to exercise and have achieved a level of endurance that I don't yet have. So I was thrilled to find the variety of shows on All Star Workouts.

I just started watching All Star Workouts and I absolutely love them. I just wish they came on before I had to leave for work or after I come home. The only time I can watch is on Saturday morning. Right now they come on at 8am (I am already at work). More time slots please!!

Hi,
Just wanted to say that I absolutely LOVE the 2 Ellen Barrett workouts. I really wish there were more.
I am 48 yrs. old with Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis (both are mild-thanks above) and for me this is just the right pace. No needless jumping around, jarring my bones. What caught my eye was the description for the show: tai chi, yoga, pilates, zen - it is just what my dr. ordered.
Please lure Ms. Barrett back to FitTV - as you can see, there are many who would love to have her!

I love these workouts, but you guys really need some FRESH NEW episodes. The instructors are great but I'm sick of seeing the same exact workouts. If you want to keep customers, then we need workouts that we don't get BORED WITH!!!

I really enjoy most of the All Star Workouts, but, I've been doing them for over 4 years and honestly, they are getting boring. I mean, I can tell you what the instructors are going to say before they say it. I'm on automatic pilot during the workouts, which is not a good thing.

I really ENJOY some of these instuctors and have purchased some of their individual DVD's, I just wish some of these workout would get updated, or you'd get some new workouts to add to them.
