I wanted to first let you know that I do like a number of your shows.

Shimmy (so much better than the classes here.. I personally have no desire to see women wearing bras with their armpit hair hanging out)though I would like more shots showing some of the steps. Thank God for DVR!

Namaste Yoga has been a good introduction to yoga for me without feeling like an idiot in a group class.

All-Star Workouts with their variety of exercises.

I would LOVE to see a Nia series. I would also like to see a series or two that involves dance. There are plenty of examples how dancing like the Tango is a great source of exercise.

To further my suggestions, I do get rather dissapointed with the commercial breaks (though DVR allows me to record the shows I want and play them when I want... AND forward through the commercials). More importantly, I am dissapointed with the TYPE of commercials. What kind of message are you sending to your viewers with those horrid commercials about instant weight loss pills? How about legitimate weight-loss plans like Weight Watchers, or healthy foods?

Overall, I think you're doing a great service to us, and I would just like to see more of a variety of exercise shows (not just more of the same show over and over), and less "quick fix" commercials.
