First let me say I'm a HUGE fan. Love the network. But I was quite shocked today to see one of the dancers behind Jennifer Galardi, during the warm-up, roll her neck and head all the way around in a complete circle. ouch! Shouldn't this be forbidden? As a certified instructor, this is abolutely illegal. AFAA and ACE will flunk you if you do this during certification tests. I know when I'm teaching, members tend to mimic everything I do....even if I scratch my head. Just thought you should know.

I am an AFAA examiner and you are so right...rolling the head/neck to the back is not a good thing to do and you would not pass a certification if you did that move. Speaking of Jennifer, as cute as she may be, I question some of her ab work (esp. standing ab work). I would NOT recommend anyone waste $$ on her Ab video either. Most of the stuff in the same old, same old or USELESS & ineffective. Maybe she and the girl in the back both need to go through a certification???
