Some of these are shots in the dark; I just figured I'd give them a try since I am posting anyway.

1) Butter vs. Margarine
Perhaps a show of "versus" could be done comparing other similar items? Jelly vs Jam or Nonfat products vs With Fat, Ice Cream vs Frozen Yogurt.... they could even get out the fridge and do other items I am not thinking about right now. I think it would be cool to have a segment in the show with a taste test to see which people prefer and/or if they can tell the difference.

2) Viral plushies (they're awesome!)

3) Recombinant DNA is always interesting and might be a good idea considering how rampant cancer is these days.

4) Drugs- maybe a whole show on variant forms such as capsules, pills, syrups, troches, etc.

5) Mattresses and Pillows

6) CDs, tapes, 8 tracks, records

7) Liquid freeze cups- the cups with the liquid in the sides?? Some don't freeze but have little plastic things or glitter suspended in them.

8) Coffee cups and explain why they always leak!

9) Novelty Items- Nothing specific comes immediately to my mind, unfortunately, but there are random items that one sees and thinks, "There's a factory that makes these somewhere...I wouldn't have thought that profitable enough to warrant production."

10) Fencing gear



Oh, and something that would never happen, is most likely not a unique thought but still funny: How Babies are Made. Haha.

The versus show sounds like a really neat idea! Ice cream v. yogurt, gasoline v. hybrid engines, film cameras v. digital cameras, etc.
