How is he doing? Is there ANY CHANCE that Mike can do a follow-up episode there?
I live very near the farm and drive by occasionally, always wanted to stop or call to get a tour.
The farm seems to be a little more clean lately, unfortunately the show made it look like the pigs were living in bad circumstances, but the pigs were in good living conditions... it's the rest of the farm that is pretty bad.
The smell is more like a garbage dump than pigs (I grew up on a pig farm), I think all the excess garbage they pick out of the food hasn't been removed from the property in a LONG time.
I was doing some research and found this: "The operation is so successful that last year R.C. Farms accounted for a third of all the 621,000 tons of solid waste that was recycled in Clark County."
That's pretty amazing. 200,000 TONS of solid waste recycled by this one farm.
