We run a surf school. It sounds glamorous but working in 100 degrees of heat, teaching 24 kids how to surf, cleaning out wetsuits that have been pissed in, dealing w/ moody parents, carry 24 baords to the beach over hot sand, having students ride over you, clear the beach off ASAP because of a threatening thunderstorm etc, etc.... could make for a good show....
