Somehow the stealth fighter made it to the top ten list despite having only minimal significance in modern battles.

In contrast, anti-radiation missiles have completely change the game. The first gulf war was won by air but only after Iraq's thorough and modern air defenses were neutralized. Without anti-radiation missiles, air supremacy would have be elusive, slow, and costly.

Anytime someone ranks an aircraft as being a top weapon, they need to remember the enabling weapon that allows the aircraft to be used.

One problem with your theory rhett: ARMs didn't make radar guided AA missles obsolete. Stealth did.....
