Since I work from home, my newly adopted dog and i get to watch the show everyday. I swear, everytime charlie comes onto the screen, clementine just stares at him. too cute!

but i also just wanted to say i'm glad this program puts such a positive spin on adopting older dogs that might no longer be puppies. kudos!

One of my main attractions to the program is that it features regular rescue dogs - not the elitist perfect breed dogs. My househole is a lot like Kari's - three large (250+ pounds total) rescue mutts that were all adopted as older dogs. I really respect Kari for this aspect of her life

Charlie is a cutie and would love to meet him. He looks so wise- must be all that good karma! I agree with the email from Beeii- Kari has featured various episodes concerning adopting rescue dogs. She got Charlie from ARF. The episode about the spring Barkfest was another example of showcasing dogs up for adoption. Kari must be a very special person and shows her concern in these shows.
