I have been watching evats since I was five.My school always asks who's your idol or inspiraton.What do you want to be?I want to be a vet and work at Alameda East.I love animals.I own two dogs.My cat and bird past away.The person who inspired me is Dr.Keven Fitzgerald.I want to be a wonderful vet like him.Even though I'm still in highschool.I've made my descision.One day I want to meet him.He's my idol.
Give credit where credit is due..just about anyone that works with animals is usually a good person. You can actually spot a creep by the way they treat animals,,and animals have an instinct about those kinds of people. All the ppl on the show are good people, but please be careful about making them into "gods".With my hard-core analytical mind, i think vets are just doctors that gave up on humans--or at least most of them.I too am a "healer" but turned to psychology as my college major. I still love animals, and always wanted to be a doctor. Only difference--animals cant "speak" for themselves so it makes them even more appealing to those looking into a medical background. We need more "human" doctors! ones that are humane, kind, and considerate. Its ironic that animals get better treatment than humans from most of the doctors we go to. Think about going into the human field of medicine, because i think if you want to be a vet, you might have what it takes to be a good human doctor. The human body is much more complicated and when you add human ego, "intelligence", etc. to it, you have a real challenge. Just don't let your own ego get in the way. i have seen too many "God Complexes" in the medical field & this is why a lot of people don't like doctors. Most of them are just "Pushers" if you think about it.
