other training without any equipment. Or minimal equipment - using things like bands, rubber tubing and stability ball only.

I ahve a young daughter and have to workout with her in the room - I would prefer no heavy equipment around her.

I would also love to see more short cardio programs - non-step. For example, 30 min interval training program or 30 min combo cardio/toning. These short, but intense, workouts are great for moms who are short on time!!!!!!!!

I would love to see MORE step...the majority of cardio workouts on FitTV are on the floor. The only ones I have come across that are step workouts are: Sharon Mann (too short to do any real good BUT good for the new stepper), Cathe Friedrich (fabulous for intermed. to adv.) and Patrick Goudeau (AllStar Workout) and although his winds up being intermediate to adv. he breaks it down SO thoroughly the beginner to intermed. will be kept very happy as well. Other than those three I have seen no other step workouts....have I missed some good ones?

I would like to be able to purchase the Namaste yoga dvd so I can do the entire sequences with no commercials...... it's really hard to break that peacefullness by having to sit through them.
