I have special knowlage in this subject, give me a stick and i can find water 90% of the time

(my acuracy has nothing to do with the fact that 90% of the land on the earth has water under it.)

Our geology class would love to know if/ how it works. everyone is convienced that its either magic or the mind makes the body do it subconciously.

If you did not understand the previous post let me clarify: No, it does not work.

This has been posted many times, tested many times, and is not true. The reason it "works" is stated in the second post. Most land has water below it.

Yes i realize that... but how close to the surface the ground water is, is what witching is suppose to prove.
My prof claims that she has experienced it and swears that she didn't do anyhting but hold the stick.

Does this "professor" even know what a water table is?

If I go outside right now and dig a hole, there is a 99% chance that I will eventually find water because of where I live. I don't need two sticks to tell me that.

These divining rods don't work, no matter what the depth of water is in the ground.

Wow you guys are ruthless, some of you seam very quick to critize anyone who beleaves this is possible, well here is your chance to set your sites on me, I can witch for water, I can find the water veins, tell you how big they are, which direction the water is flowing (usuailly), and how deep they are, whats more, Im willing to bet I can teach most people to witch for water themselves(whether they believe in it or not). Any takers?
