I'd like to know if anyone knows if Tammy, the "Robin" to Stephen's "Batman", has taken speech lessons because her voice is aggravating. All she does is wait Stephens approval by looking out of the corner of her eye to see if Stephen nods yay or nay. Sit next to him, not behind him, look at the TV screen, not at the back of his head, and for goodness sake GET RID OF THOSE UGLY SWEATERS...ugh, "I feel better"- Lucia.

Maybe she should transfer to What Not To Wear? Hmmmmm...

Tammy has got to be one of the most snarky, unprofessional women I've ever witnessed. Her comments are not only poorly thought out but are more personally harsh and jealous than any professional setting would ever call for. As an industry veteran, she should be critiquing constructively and save her personal insecurities for her therapist. It's such a shame a woman in her position isn't more of a mentor to these young, impressionable women. I hope in future episodes, she leverages her position to be more of a positive influence.

That is the truth,Tammy needs to be transferred to "What not to Wear!" How did she get this job anyhow? Her criticism is worse than Simon's from American Idol.It is so obvious that she is jealous.If Tammy really was kind,caring and professional (LIKE PETRA) she would have one on one talks with these girls (without Stephen) and give them helpful advice.They need to be treated with a more respect,they are there to be models, not to be hookers! Tammy only cares about what Stephen says and her paycheck,which she should spend on a new wardrobe.(The sweaters from the Goodwill gotta go) P.S. That corner eye thing to Stephen really does drives me crazy!!

Tammy seemed totally different tonight.That was great that she took the girls in a seperate room and talked to them and she was very nice.Her outfits were so much better and she did look really cute.That is a nice change.

Tammy is not a model. I dont fault her with her with her lack of style. Ever see what "real" models look ike when someone is not dressing them? WHy do you assume she is jealous? Not everyone finds the life of a model enviable.
I personally found life behind the scenes far more interesting and sastifying. As a photographer I often had to say "your butt looks big. Too porno on the mouth..your thighs need attention" not because i was snarky but because i needed to get a good picture and really did not have the luxury of time to say"sweetie you are fabulous and lovely but would you mind turning a bit to the left so your bumm is at a better angle"
And as far as "she did look really cute" What is with that??? who cares how she looks!!! it is not her job!!

You are saying it's not her job.She is in the "Modeling" buisness,get it "Model?" And she is not just a desk clerk, but a Model Scout.
She should care how she looks and it should leave a good impression in the eyes of people she works with,interviews and the television viewers.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I bet the Model Scouts at Ford, Elite, and so on do dress nicely and do care what they look like.

And as far as Tammy looking cute, that was a compliment! Ummmm, who is jealous here?

Excuse me, but when someone has a professional career, especially in this field. Designers, make-up-artists,scouts, PHOTOGRAPHERS,etc. should care what they look like.It is their job!!!!!

I was not impressed at all with her. Someone so obviously uncomfortable in front of the camera should not be judging others in front of a camera. She wasn't uncomfortable when it came to cutting the girls down the moment the guy working with her said something negative.
She was biting at the bit to find fault and she was enjoying it because she always smiled when they were cutting someone down.
And yes I agree that she could do a bit better on her appearance as well.
I really couldn't stand her.

My point was and still is.She is not a model quit judging her by model standards. And consider yourself corrected. Actually the desk clerks and the recpeption desk girls tend to dress better than the agents. UNless the agent is meeting with a client face to face it is very casual. and trust me.. I would never do a shoot as a photographer in clothing that I could not crawl on the floor in and shoes I could climb in and my hair back in a ponytail.
The be all and end all "compliment" is not she looked cute. It may be hard to grasp but there are many people out in the world that want to be their best not just "look their best"

I'm sorry but I will not be CORRECTED. I think she is rude and not very professional. Quite frankly I don't have to like her and am entitled to my opinion just like you are.
