Wow, does this episode really show you what Amy is made of. Instead of supporting her husband in offering a fantastic opportunity for her kids, she acts like a child. So why Amy would you gang up your own children against your husband? You really need to re-evaluate your priorities, you call if the matt show, it is clear it is all about you Amy! The worst thing is instead of supporting Zack in making a decision on a great opportunity for him, you are happy that he is having such a rough time so you can play the "oh look at me card, I'm so oppressed by Matt cause I can't go on this trip".

Amy really messed up. A mother never allows her children to be disrespectful to their father, even when SHE may be upset with him. What a mistake! I felt so sorry for Matt and I was just wishing that I could intervene. How dare Zac tell his father that what he is saying is stupid??? I would have grounded him right there and then. Matt needs to hold his ground and make that family respect him more. Shame on you Zac and Amy.

Those are the most disrespectful, ungrateful, filthy dirty brats on TV. Trouble is though, it is not their fault. Amy should be their mother and guide, teach, and be a respectful role model, her kids have enough friends; she should not try to be one of them. Matt does so much for the family and is obviously a good provider she should be very appreciative....and instill that in her kids.

Amy, is messing up the show. She needs to grow up and be the bigger person for the sake of the children. She is causing the division and disrespect towards their father. Her negatism has rubbed off on Zach and now Molly. What a shame. This is not an example to our children of what a family is all about. How sad!! Grow up Amy! Matt you are an example of what every kid would wants in a father. Keep it up! Your parents taught you well.

Sad! I can not believe how Amy pits her family against one another, she manipulated Zach, and in turn Zach manipulated Molly . I could not imagine as a mother letting my own personal feelings towards my husband deprive my children of an oppurtunity to expeirence somthing as incredable as going to the Virgin Islands nit to mention use my children as a means to get back at my husband. Amy has made Zach into such a punk. I feel sorry for Molly because she seems like she is always trying to make everyone happy. I see another reality show break up in the near future.  You should never use your children as a means to benifit a battle you are having with your spouse!!! |

I agree. Zach is an ungrateful, dirty, fithly, little BRAT whose mother enables his bad behavior and disrespect.
They are both horrible People. When I call them "Little" I'm not describing their height.

I agree with the other comments. These kids are ungrateful and disrespectful of their father. Especially Zach who is very selfish and has a nasty attitude. I can see that Amy allows them to be that way. I have seen this since I started to watch this show. They don't seem to appreciate all their father does and provides for them. Matt's health is not good so you would think Zach would spend as much quality time as he can with his dad. Since Zach is so proud of himself that he stands up to his dad...he needs to move out on his own and put his own roof over his head.

Matt needs to do what's right for himself and his family and get a lawyer and divorce Amy. Why would any guy in his position put up with her she simply isn't worth the trouble. Any woman that turns your own childern aginst you needs to be out of your life.

Amy, you should be ashamed of yourself. As a "Christian" woman, you are suppose to support and honor your husband, as he is suppose to place you on a pedestal---not turn the children against their father like you do. I have watched every episode that has ever been made and the "VI", as you call it, will probably be the last one I watch. Zach is a spoiled-big-mouth brat and he needs to be put in his place. If any of my chidlren would talk to my husband like Zach does, I would personally knock out his teeth !!! And I AM a God fearing and believing woman. I pray that you, Zach, and now Molly ask God for forgiveness for treating Matt the way you do. You wouldn't have anything if it wasn't for Matt and his ambitious personality.

Again,that's your version of christianity and may not be Amy's. And shouldn't Matt respect and support his wife? And none of us know what Amy could have done for the kids without Matt. Or do christians only care about material things? Isn't the family being together far more important? |
