I have been a faithful viewer since the beginning, but lately Matt has really been annoying me . He just acts out of impulse and goes off fully loaded no matter what the rest of the family might think. The latest bomb is the trip to the British Virgin Islands. I salute Zach and Molly for standing up to their father. But it just goes to show just how self-centered the guy is to have tried to goad them into going by comparing his friendship with Eric and the boy's with Meuller. Who cares, Matt. Then he goes on to say, "You know how many times I had ran away from home by the time I was your age?" WOW! Like Zach, I don't know how to respond to that. Zach brought out the point that the last family vacation they went on, Matt just wanted to be back on the farm - staying only 2 of the 5 weeks. That just goes to show the selfishness of the guy. He claims Amy didn't make her schedule known to him when he made the plans for the trip - but Amy seems to be much too organized...about that sort of stuff.
