I don't have cable so I have not seen the latest epi. I did watch most of the season premiere on youtube. I get the sense that Amy is REALLY fed up with Matt's spending and his "projects". I mean, buiding a castle complete with furnishings for an 8th/9th grader? Are you kidding me? Even Molly is having a hard time figuring out why her dad insists on doing this! By the way, is there any other way I could watch full epis besides YOu Tube?

Matt is like a spoiled little boy. He says I WANT and he expects it to happen now. His ideas are awesome but he doesn't lift a finger to do anything he just gets the idea and dictates. its pretty sad actually.
you can try hulu.com for episodes although i don't now if they are on there or not..

You are overlooking the fact that the castle is an added attraction to the pumpkin farm which generates a lot of income for the family--it was not a dumb idea at all--just a businessman improving his successful venture. And of course Matt doesn't do the work on the projects himself! Are you not aware of his disability? He would love to be normal and be able to do the work, but he can't physically do it.As for Matt being "a spoiled little boy" you must be watching a different show than I am! Do spoiled little boys risk their lives to go to Iraq to get surgery for little kids? Do spoiled little boys start organizations like CODA that provide fund for little people in need? The spoiled ones in the Roloff family are Amy who thinks she should make all decisions about the kids with no input from their dad and the kids who are spoiled brats.

Then Matt should present the project as a "pumpkin patch attraction" rather than saying he wants to finish it for his teenage daughter. I did agree with Amy that not all the finish work and decoration needed to be done right away. Some of it could have waited and they would still have had a nice attraction.

Matt's trying to squeeze in thirty years of living into the next three years. He clearly expect to be more disabled soon. Problem is, this comes at a time when the kids are getting old enough to think about college and Amy is thinking about life without a steady income.
There is a perfect storm brewing in the Roloff family.
