I watched the rerun of this show last night and while I was watching, I wrote down all the places I saw they went to. I hope this helps! It looks like a fun trip!

The boat they went on was called "Andiamo" - (St. John's V.I.) looks like it's around $9500 a week for 6 persons.

The places they visited were, Abacos Islands, Bahamas, Cape Town Bahamas, Tahiti Beach- Elbow Cay (where they buried Jake's treasure) and where they visited the town, played soccer and visited the little church, was Hope Town, Elbow Cay.
