I'm not fully sure what all science is in it. However i know there is momentum, acceleration and gravity for sure! you have to know what direction your going to make them go. i would be more than happy to do it for you. and if you don't know what poi is, its when people light two wicks on fire and there is one wick on the ends of two different chains and you spin them in amazing patterns to the beat of whatever music you like. my favorite patter is called poly rythem or reversed poly rythem!
